Ingredients
  • 4 cups frozen green peas
  • 4 cups butter lettuce
  • 1/2 pound radish
  • 1/3 cup mint leaves
For Minty Dressing
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. If you use frozen peas, prepare it per direction on package
  2. Thinly slice the radish. Torn the butter lettuce

  3. In a serving bowl, put the butter lettuce, mint leaves, sliced radish, and green peas.
For Minty Dressing
  1. For Minty Dressing : 

    Put the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the rest of ingredients in a blender.

  2. Process it until it smooth.
  3. Toss the salad with the mint dressing. Serve.
